5 CHECKS on How I stayed sane at home for THREE days

I start off with baby steps.
I think ahead just three days, what and how should I do things to keep myself sane?

1. Wake up, open the balcony door and take deep breath of fresh air.
There's a large tree right outside my balcony.
Some mid-way pushups on the rail for some upper body stretching.
Head towards the washroom for a cold shower and get dress.
A shower mid-day if it gets to warm.
End the day with a cold shower before preparing to bed.

2. At my work station, I start to work on my morning task.
It can be from pending servicing work for Life Insurance, sewing a mask, or to research on a task I am working on.

3. Stay hydrated throughout the day.
I boiled water and store them in bottles to chill them down for consumption later of the day. I drink about 3 to 4 litres of water daily.
That is quite some boiling and cooling down at the water station.

4. Meals are usually pre-prepped or frozen food.
I do not cook from scratch during this three days. Mostly I pop them into the the air-fryer in stages.
a. Frozen cooked stir fried meat (7 minutes at 180°C)
b. in-fridge cooked rice (3 minutes at 180°C)
c. 2x raw egg (3 minutes at 180°C)
d. 5 cubes of mozzarella cheese 2cmx2cm (2 minutes at 180°C)

Viola lunch/dinner is serve. (15 minutes)
Yes. i eat 2 main meals a day.
In between i snack if I gets hungry or a need to munch.

5. I love variety shows or dramas. I spend some time binge during meals or at the end of the day. If time allows, I binge them during the day too to release some brain tensions.

There you go, my CHECK LIST to stay sane for three days at home.

How do i end my 3 days? I drive out of my taman (neighbourhood) to check-out what's happening out there in the world.
Grabbing some groceries, refill diesel, run some errands, go no where and head back home for another three days.

Wishing you all the best!.
